However, if the shipment has been late leaving us, the customer will be notified with the reason why and the expected delivery time.

Deliveries are made through a courier, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am-6pm. It will be the customer's responsibility to inform Ice Pops UK Ltd of failed deliveries of goods if they have not arrived at the expected delivery date.

If an order is dispatched on a pallet, it is classed as a kerbside delivery and will be delivered as close to the entrance of the delivery address as reasonably possible. Couriers are not obliged to enter and carry goods within the premises. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that when taking delivery, someone is available to move goods from the delivery point. Deliveries on pallets for heavy items will be unloaded on a tail lift and will be considered completed when the pallet is off the tail lift. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any special delivery instructions at the point of order.

The customer must inspect the consignment and notify Ice Pops UK Ltd of any shortages or damage within 24 hours of delivery. Do not sign for a consignment unless it has been thoroughly checked whilst the courier is onsite. If this is not possible indicate unchecked at point of delivery. If delivery has been attempted, but nobody is available to accept and sign for it, the consignment will be stored by the courier for no more than 3 working days. The customer must contact the courier to arrange a re-delivery. If this has not been done within the specified time period, the courier reserves the right to return the goods to Ice Pops UK Ltd.

Returned goods to Ice Pops UK Ltd will be held for 14 days. If the customer does not contact us within this time period, the consignment will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.
