Returns Policy

At Ice Pops UK Ltd we always work to the highest standards to ensure that our product is the finest quality for you to enjoy.

Ice Pops UK Ltd do not accept returns, unless there are reasonable grounds for rejecting the goods provided. The Customer must bear the costs of returning the products to Ice Pops UK Ltd. Returned goods will be accepted within 14 days of receipt, if prior authorisation has been made. Refunds will be made within 14 days minus shipping costs per box sent.

We will always make sure our product is dispatched in the best condition, we do not bear responsibility if goods are damaged in transit. However, we aim to give 100% great customer service.
